We present another implementation of our workstation. This time COBOX has improved the operation of the machine tool ๐๐๐๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ฃ ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฌ-๐. A very interesting large-size and multi-tasking machine.
The machine tool is additionally equipped with an interceptor:
- it puts a raw, unworked part on one spindle,
- and receives the finished one from the other.
This is also a แดษชแดแด แดษดแด สแดแดแดสษด implementation, in which the workpiece is picked up and put down in the same place.
The designed station operates on the basis of a collaborative robot ๐๐ผ๐๐๐พ ๐พ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐๐ผ/๐. Its range allows for effortless operation of the machine ๐ COBOX has been customized based on the experience and knowledge of Cobot Planet engineers.
Thanks to the appropriately designed workpiece palette and the aforementioned แดษชแดแด แดษดแด สแดแดแดสษด solution, the stand ensures the longest possible maintenance-free operation time of the machine.
The gripper used ๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐๐ค๐ฉ ๐ฏ๐๐๐ญ๐ฑ allows the handling of workpieces with different diameters ๐ without changing the gripper fingers, but only when changing the parameter settings.
