I. Introduction

The Operator of the Website is Cobot Planet sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tajęcina, 36-002 Tajęcina 103, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000815091, NIP:5170403314, REGON: 384913154.
     
  2. The Operator, who is also the Data Controller, attaches great importance to respecting the privacy and data protection of all persons representing businesses using the Website.

II. GDPR information clause

  2. Personal data is processed:
    a) for the purpose of contact via the contact form (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, providing personal data for this purpose is voluntary, however, failure to do so makes contact impossible);
    b) the direct marketing of products or services via electronic and telephonic communications - the legal basis for processing your data is your consent (processing is then based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
    c) direct marketing of products and services, including profiling - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (processing is then based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
    d) analytical and statistical - the legal basis of the processing is the necessity of the processing for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (the processing is then based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  3. Each data subject:
    a) has the right of access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, pursuant to Articles 15-20 of the GDPR.

  5. Personal data shall be processed for the period of (depending on the purpose of the processing):
    a) the provision of the service or the fulfilment of the order, until the withdrawal of the consent given or the raising of an effective objection to the processing of the data in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.
    b) the processing period may be extended where the processing is necessary for the establishment and assertion of possible claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
  6. Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.
  7. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, the refusal to provide it (or the provision of unreliable, untrue data) may prevent us from contacting you and providing the expected answers.

III. Recruitment information clause

  2. The processing of your data for the purposes of recruitment shall be carried out:
    a) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, i.e. for the purposes of concluding a contract of employment or cooperation;
    b) on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. an expressed consent to process personal data to the extent not required by the provisions of the Labour Code and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitments;
    c) on the basis of Article 9(2)(b) GDPR as regards the processing of data for the purpose of determining the employee's fitness for work.
  3. The provision of data to the extent provided for by the Labour Code is mandatory and to the remaining extent voluntary.
  4. Your data, in the event that a contract is not concluded, should be deleted at the end of the recruitment process. The controller, without the additional consent of the data subject, may keep the data of candidates who have not been hired for up to 6 months after the end of the recruitment process as a legitimate purpose of the controller due to the fact that the hired person may not perform well in the job or may resign. In the case of consent for further recruitment processes, no longer than one year.

IV. Conclusion

  1. In matters not regulated in the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law and European Union law shall apply, including; GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  2. In the event of a change to the current Privacy Policy, the relevant modifications shall be made available at www.cobotplanet.com.
