An excellent example is the configuration of the COBOX station based on the FANUC CRX 10iA/L collaborative robot together with the Robotiq Hand-E gripper, which is IP67-rated. In machining, the IP67 standard means that the machine is completely protected against dust (first digit - 6) and the effects of being submerged in water for a short time (second digit - 7). In demanding production conditions, dust-tightness and resistance to the effects of moisture or machine oil are essential to ensure efficient, correct and trouble-free operation of the equipment (for example, when machining cast iron).
