Cobot Planet's team created and patented the C-Interconnector, whose main task is to connect the cobot to the machine safely and quickly in plug-and-play mode, and to simplify the integration of the cobot with peripherals as much as possible. In addition, our solution is ideally suited to work with FANUC CRX and Universal Robots collaborative robots.
The innovative C-Interconnector minimizes the risk of damage to the machine tool or collaborative robot by separating the station's circuits from the machine, connecting additional safety panels and routing utilities to the end of the cobot arm.
The C-Interconnector for COBOX allows you to:
- connecting the main power supply;
- exchange signals with the CNC machine tool;
- operation of control panels including emergency stop function;
- operation and control of compressed air used to clean the machine's chuck or vise.
