A pilot implementation consists of installing a COBOX workstation at the customer's premises. The station is adapted to work with the machine and to support the product specified by the customer. The implementation is handled by Cobot Planet Application Engineers.
First phase
The first phase, which lasts from 2 to 3 weeks, is dedicated to the preparation of the implementation (analysis of the workpiece, configuration of the workstation, adjustment of the machine tool).
Second phase
The next phase, which lasts 4 - 5 working days, is the physical installation of COBOX at the customer's premises (1 day), implementation of the workpiece (1 day), training of the customer's personnel (1 day) and a practical test of the solution (1 - 2 days).
Pilot implementation
The pilot implementation provides a clear demonstration of the advantages of COBOX and verifies its suitability for the customer.
In the case of a purchase decision, the costs of the pilot implementation reduces the price of the workstation.
